Meeting Rooms and Equipment Bookings System

Meeting Rooms and Equipment Bookings System (MRBS)

Please refer to the Department Equipment usage policy

You must obtain explicit consent from all participants taking part in any recordings (video, audio or photography) of seminars, etc. that you intend to put on the web pages. Click here to download the Group Consent form.

You must complete a loan form for equipment taken off campus

If you are booking one of our local rooms for use on a weekend or during the vacations, you must complete a Service Request Form and have it signed by the Head of Department before faxing to Security on extn 7181. This is to ensure that Security are aware of your booking and will therefore have the room open for you on the day.
