Consultancies

As a consultant to the University of New England (Shafston Campus) Jennifer Peck carried out a feasibility study to establish client and industry needs in TESOL training, identifying target markets and reporting on best practice methods of delivering appropriate courses.

Jennifer worked with Multicultural Affairs Queensland in Brisbane City Council in their initiative to train all customer service and call centre staff in diversity issues.

Jennifer has run workshops for Westpac women managers.

She has worked as a consultant with the Red Cross to assist migrants to succeed in Australian workplaces.

In the interests of reaching the wider community, Jennifer Peck addresses business and professional groups on issues related to diversity and women in business and in the workplace.
