Profile

Yee-Foong completed the Master of Clinical Audiology at Macquarie University in 2000 and has since been working in diagnostic Audiology in both hospital and private clinical settings with leading specialists in the field of otology and neuro-otology.

In the role of Clinical Coordinator, she provides tutorials, practical classes, and clinical education and supervision for the postgraduate students in the Master of Clinical Audiology program as well as overseeing the management of Macquarie University’s external Audiology clinics at Westmead, Liverpool and Bankstown Hospital.

An area of interest is vestibular assessment and disorders.

Yee-Foong has been successful in the following competitive grant applications:

  • Teaching and Equipment Scheme 2008 - Enhancing the hearing assessment and diagnostic skills of student audiologists.
  • Professional Staff Grant 2009 - To attend the International Conference on Communication in Healthcare, Florida.
