Audiology Instructions for New Patients
Parking Instructions
Park in area C1 marked on map. This is an open-air carpark area situated next to the multi-story carparks; on the car spaces it will say scratch permit parking.
Once you have parked your vehicle you will need to pick up a free scratch permit from our security office. Security are located in the single level, dark brown building in front of the open air carpark (Marked on map as C1A). You will be required to show this letter to obtain a parking scratch permit.
Once you have picked up the scratch permit from security you must display the permit on the dashboard of your car to prevent receiving a $70 fine.
Please note that the free parking is only valid on their first visit to the clinic. For any follow up appointments you will be required to pay for parking by obtaining a permit prior to your appointment from the reception desk
If you choose to pay for parking through the ticket machine, you may NOT park in outdoor area C1.

Audiology Instructions for Returning Patients
Returning patients can be provided with a scratch permit to display in their parked car in advance. This can be obtained from the Audiology Clinic Reception Office, or from your audiologist.Patients dropping off hearing aids for repair, or collecting repaired hearing aids, may use the 15 minute parking area in the outdoor parking area C1.
