About the study
The aim of this study is to observe children’s brain activity when they listen to sentences. Using MEG, we will measure children’s brain responses to words that do not fit into a sentence. An example is “Everybody at the party tried any of the cake.” where the word any seems out of place. We are recruiting subjects from the ages of 4-12 who speak English at home. Participation is paid at $40 per visit with two visits usually required.
