Meeting Rooms and Equipment Bookings System (MRBS)

Please note: You should only make bookings for resources that you know for certain that you are authorised to use. Your username and password may let you view and create bookings for some resources that you are not authorised to use. If in doubt please contact the person responsible for the resource.

You must obtain explicit consent from all participants taking part in any recordings (video, audio or photography) of seminars, etc. that you intend to put on the web pages. Click here[PDF 13kb] to download the Group Consent form.

You must complete a loan form[PDF 42kb] for equipment taken off campus
