Master of Applied Linguistics with a specialisation in TESOL

The Master of Applied Linguistics with a specialisation in TESOL has been designed to provide a strong theoretical and practical foundation in the field of teaching English as a second or foreign language. The core subjects are internationally relevant and focus on three broad areas: (1) the development of skills in analysing learners' language and English as an international language; (2) theoretical and practical issues in curriculum, teaching, learning, and evaluation; and (3) understanding and designing research in these areas.
