Postgraduate Certificate of Applied Linguistics with a specialisation in LSP
The Postgraduate Certificate of Applied Linguistics with a specialisation in LSP has been designed to explore the increasing use of English as a medium of instruction across all levels of education, the worldwide demand for English proficiency in the globalising workplace, and the ways in which language use is specialised in such domains.
Admission Requirements
Admission Requirements: A Bachelors degree or equivalent with proof of one year full time (or equivalent) language teaching experience in a recognised institution.
Length of candidature: 1 semester full-time or 1 year part-time
Attendance: By distance or on campus
Commencement: February, July
Course requirements: 3 core units

Satisfactory performance in the three units of the Certificate can be accepted as advanced standing of 12 credit points towards the Postgraduate Diploma of Applied Linguistics with a specialisation in LSP or towards other versions of the Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Linguistics.
NOTE: Applications forms for entry into any strands of the Postgraduate Diploma of Applied Linguistics programs must be submitted by the relevant application deadlines.
