Description
- This unit aims to further develop skills in the assessment, integration and clinical management of more complex cases that are seen in audiological practice. This includes management of conductive hearing loss, sudden hearing loss, fluctuating losses such as Meniere’s Syndrome and perilymphatic fistula, tinnitus, auditory neuropathy, non-organic hearing loss and auditory processing disorders.
- This unit builds on CAUD 802 Assessment Strategies and CAUD 806 Objective Assessment Strategies and both are prerequisite units for CAUD816.
