How do I prepare to graduate?

If you expect to complete your degree in the coming semester and want to change the information you provided at enrolment, you need to complete the ' Undergraduate Potential Award Qualification ' or ' Postgraduate Potential Award Qualification ' form.

Final results will be available on eStudent . If you have qualified you will see the message Congratulations you have now qualified' and you will be able to view your specific individual graduation ceremony details.

Graduation Information packs, containing a Conferring of Degrees' form, will be mailed to qualified students. If you want to attend your degree ceremony you must return this form by the deadline indicated. Any change of name, degree or ceremony allocation, or request to defer must also be submitted by the deadline, accompanied by appropriate documentary evidence.

For more information, visit the Graduation@Macquarie site .

Important Information

At the end of your last semester, make sure your name and preferred mailing address details are correct on eStudent so that the University can contact you about graduation. This is particularly important for students returning home who would like their degree documentation sent to them.
